📖 Overview

QawmiCare is a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the Qawmi community. It provides modern tools for Masjids, Madrasahs, Maktabs, and community organizations — powered by cloud technology and delivered through a unified web platform.

This documentation covers everything you need to know:

🚀 Quick Start

Get up and running with QawmiCare in a few simple steps.

1. Visit the homepage Go to https://www.qawmicare.com and explore the sections.
2. Create your account Click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner.
3. Verify your email Check your inbox for the verification link and click it.
4. Log in Return to the site and click Login with your credentials.
5. Explore your dashboard Click your profile in the top-right to access your dashboard.

👤 Creating an Account

QawmiCare accounts are free and take under a minute to create.

How to sign up

1. Click the green Sign Up button on the header
2. Fill in your:
   • Full Name — e.g., "Abdullah Rahman"
   • Email Address — your valid email (required for verification)
   • Password — minimum 6 characters
   • Confirm Password — re-enter your password
3. Click Create Account
4. Check your inbox for the verification email

✉️ Email Verification

After signing up, a verification email is sent to your inbox automatically.

Steps

1. Open your email inbox
2. Find the email from QawmiCare titled "Verify your QawmiCare account"
3. Click the Verify My Email button
4. You'll be redirected to a confirmation page

Didn't receive the email?

• Check your Spam or Promotions folder
• Wait 2-3 minutes — delivery can be delayed
• Log in and click Resend Email in the yellow banner on your dashboard

📢 Campaigns

Campaigns are time-limited activities you can participate in — enrolling in courses, subscribing to plans, or registering for events.

Types of campaigns

What you can do

• View details — click any campaign card to read more
• Enroll / Subscribe / Register — depends on the campaign type
• Bookmark — click the ☆ icon to save it for later
• View progress — check enrollment progress on the card

Structured learning programs taught by industry experts. Each course includes:

• Curriculum and lesson plan
• Duration and total lessons
• Enrolled student count
• Certificate of completion

Click Enroll to sign up for a course.

👤 Your Dashboard

Access your dashboard by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner after logging in.

🖼️ Profile & Avatar

Customize your profile with a name, bio, and profile picture.

Uploading a profile picture

1. Open your dashboard → Profile tab
2. Click Upload Photo
3. Choose an image (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF — up to 5MB)
4. Wait a moment while it uploads
5. Your avatar appears in the header and dashboard immediately

Removing your avatar

Click Remove under your profile picture to delete it. Your initials will display instead.

🔖 Bookmarks

Save any campaign, project, course, or blog post for later by clicking the ☆ icon on its card.

How bookmarks work

• Click ☆ — the icon becomes 🔖 and the item is saved
• Click 🔖 — removes the bookmark
• Dashboard → My Bookmarks — view all your saved items, grouped by type

📚 Enrollments

When you enroll in a course, it's tracked in your account with progress monitoring.

To enroll

1. Browse the Campaigns or Courses section
2. Click Enroll on a course card
3. Confirm the enrollment

Your enrollments appear in the dashboard with progress percentage and status.

🎤 Event Registrations

Register for events with a single click — tickets, dates, and locations are handled automatically.

Registering for an event

1. Find an event card under Campaigns
2. Click Register Now
3. Confirm the event details (date, location, price)
4. A confirmation email is sent immediately

Managing your events

Go to Dashboard → My Events to:

• View all your registrations
• See ticket type and price
• Cancel a registration if plans change

💎 Subscriptions

Subscribe to recurring plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) with access to premium features.

How to subscribe

1. Find a Subscription campaign on the homepage
2. Click Subscribe Now
3. Confirm the plan details

Managing subscriptions

Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions to:

• View active subscriptions
• Toggle auto-renew on or off
• Cancel a subscription (access continues until end date)

🔐 Forgot Password

Reset your password in 3 simple steps if you forget it.

1. Click "Forgot password?" On the login modal, enter your email first, then click the link.
2. Check your email A password reset link arrives within 1-2 minutes. It expires in 30 minutes.
3. Set a new password Click the link, enter your new password twice, and submit.

📧 Newsletter

Get daily updates on Qawmi madrasa news and Bangladesh weather, delivered straight to your inbox.

How to subscribe

1. Scroll to the Stay in the Loop section on the homepage
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Subscribe

How to unsubscribe

Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, confirm, and you're removed.

Administrators can access the admin panel at /p/admin.html with a secret admin key.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Login isn't working

• Verify your email address (check inbox for verification link)
• Check that Caps Lock isn't on
• Try Forgot Password to reset your password
• Clear your browser cache and try again

Verification email not arriving

• Check Spam, Promotions, or Updates tabs
• Add noreply@qawmicare.com to your contacts
• Wait 5 minutes — some providers delay delivery
• Log in and click Resend Email in the yellow banner

Avatar upload fails

• Ensure image is under 5MB
• Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF format
• Refresh the page and try again
• Try a smaller image if the problem persists

Bookmark not saving

• Make sure you're logged in
• Check that cookies are enabled in your browser
• Refresh the page and try again

Page loading slowly

• Clear your browser cache
• Disable browser extensions temporarily
• Try a different browser or device
• Check your internet connection

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is QawmiCare free?

Yes — creating an account, browsing content, and most features are completely free. Some premium subscriptions may have associated costs.

Can I use QawmiCare on mobile?

Absolutely. The entire platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@qawmicare.com with your registered email. Your account and all associated data will be removed within 48 hours.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All user data is stored securely in Google Cloud infrastructure. Passwords are encoded, and communication uses HTTPS encryption.

Can I contribute to a project?

Yes — join the Qawmi Coder Initiative to contribute code, or contact us to volunteer in other capacities.

How often is content updated?

Newsletter: daily. Blog: weekly. Campaigns: as scheduled by the team. New management systems: ongoing development.
